Community Outreach
Taking our mission into the heart of communities to empower change from within
Empowering Communities
True and lasting change starts at the grassroots level. TAF's Community Outreach programs go beyond institutional walls to meet people where they are—in villages, markets, schools, and gathering places across Zambia.
Through mentorship circles, interactive workshops, and awareness campaigns, we equip women, youth, and vulnerable groups with the knowledge, confidence, and networks they need to transform their own lives and communities.
Our approach is participatory: we listen first, then co-create solutions with the people we serve. This ensures every initiative is culturally appropriate, locally owned, and sustainable long after our direct involvement ends.

Grace's Transformation
"Before TAF came to our community, I felt like I had no voice. I was a young mother with no income and no idea how to plan for the future. The women's mentorship circle changed everything."
"I learned about savings groups, started a small vegetable garden, and now I mentor other young women in my village. My children are in school and I have hope for tomorrow."
